General questions
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Monday - Thursday: 6:00AM - 1:00PM & 4:30PM - 8:00PM
Friday: 6:00AM - 1:00PM
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00AM - 3:30 PM
Q: What can I expect as a first timer?
We encourage all first timers to come in 15 minutes early so that you can sign a liability waiver and for our staff to show you the ropes and give you a facility tour.
Q: What if I am running late?
There is a strict 5 minute window given to anyone running late. After the 5 minute mark, no entry to class is allowed.
Q: What do I need to bring to class?
We offer small sweat towels and mats. We encourage everyone to bring a bottle of water. Ankle weights and mat towels are not provided or required but can be brought. Water is also available for purchase.
Q: Are there showers and lockers?
A shower room is available with all needed supplies. We do not have lockers but do have open cubbies that are available for storing small items.
Q: Is there parking onsite?
Yes - the studio faces a huge parking lot with plenty of spaces.
Q: Can I workout while injured?
This is up to your own discretion and judgment. It is the attendee's responsibility to inform our instructors of any injuries prior to class starting so that modifications can be suggested.

Participation & membership
Q: How old do I have to be to workout at CBF?
All participants must be 18 years of age to sign the liability waiver and work out.
Q: What is the class-cancellation or 'no show' policy?
All classes must be cancelled 12 hours before class starts. Example - before 6PM the day before a 6 AM class. A late cancellation fee is $15 dollars and a no-show fee is $25 dollars. These are both non refundable.
Q: What if I want to cancel my membership?
The membership special of $199 a month has a non-refundable commitment of 6 months. The monthly standard membership of $229 per month can be canceled at any time with a 30 day notice.
Q: I’m having trouble logging in/booking a class. What should I do?
We recommend first trying to reinstall your CBF app and/or app resetting your password. Also, check if your software is up to date. If this doesn’t do the trick, contact the studio and our staff will be happy to assist you.
Q: Are class packages refundable?
No, all sales are final.
Q: Do class packages expire?
Yes. All class packages expire 90 days from the day of purchase.
