Strength (HIIT)

Power meets precision - this class blends controlled strength training with high-intensity intervals to torch calories and build lean muscle. This high-energy class fuses intentional upper and lower body reps with core-work designed to build endurance, and leave you feeling powerful—all in under an hour.

Strength 2b

In this 'Strength To The Beat' class, get ready to lift, press, and pulse to the power of the playlist. This strength-based class blends traditional resistance training specially curated to the rhythm of the music. Expect a full-body workout that builds muscular endurance, challenges your core, and keeps you motivated as the beat drives your reps.

Pilates

In this leveled-up class, we combine classical and contemporary techniques with flow and precision while tapping into deeper core control. Expect sculpted muscles, better posture, and a serious mindbody connection—random bursts of cardio coupled with the use of functional equipment and weights are sure to give you a dynamic workout and full body burn!

Barre

Tiny pulses, major results – this energetic class blends the precision of ballet, flow of dance and flexibility of yoga for a full-body workout made spicier with the use of functional equipment and weights. Expect a muscle-shaking, booty-lifting, core-blasting experience while moving to the beat of the music. You’ll pulse, hold, and feel the fire— Everywhere!

Dance

Zero pressure, high energy fun! A follow-along dance party that gets your heart pumping and mood lifted. Easy-to-learn choreography, endurance boosting and zero judgment—just sweaty, joyful movement from start to finish. All levels welcome!

Yoga 

This all-level vinyasa class is a breath-led flow that builds strength, mobility, and body awareness through thoughtfully sequenced movement.  Expect a balanced mix of dynamic transitions, standing poses and mindful pauses, with clear options offered so participants can modify or deepen the practice as needed.  The class ends with grounding stretches and savasana, leaving you feeling strong, centered and refreshed.

Sound bath

Step away from the noise of daily life and immerse yourself in the calming waves of sound. This class is designed to help you zen out, release stress, and restore balance to the mind and body. Immediate benefits can be profound muscle relaxation and improved mental clarity. Participants are encouraged to bring a pillow or bolster, and a couple of blankets (one to cushion, one to cover the body.) As the sounds unfold, you may notice shifts in energy, emotions, or even a cooling sensation, which is why warmth and comfort are key.Allow yourself this time to surrender, recharge, and reset.
